What is a curated gift program?

A curated gift program means that we have carefully selected and thoughtfully presented products that complement each other. We make gifting more meaningful because we hand select products based on their artistic quality, innovative design and symbolic significance to align with each of our client’s specific needs and organizational culture.

Do you offer gift programs for all Canadian cities?

Yes. Idea Incentives offers gift programs for Canadian cities as well as Alaskan cruises. Our gift programs are ideal for all Canadian destinations. Most common destinations include:

  • Vancouver
  • Whistler
  • Banff & Lake Louise
  • Quebec City

How much lead time is required for an incentive program, meeting or event?

We require 3-6 months lead time from initial consultation to final delivery. The amount of lead time varies depending on the gift services requested, and the size and scope of your gift program.

Do you provide corporate branded apparel, uniforms and image accessories?

Yes. Idea Incentives welcomes requests for corporate branded apparel and uniforms, making teams look sharp in stylish, practical clothing. Promotional products and premium brands are great additions to enhance any corporate image.

What are my shipping options?

Whether we’re shipping to individual homes, corporate headquarters, venues or fulfillment centers, we choose the best shipping option to ensure orders arrive on time. We offer delivery across North America. Our preferred carrier is FedEx.

What are Idea Express delivery, return and substitution policies?

Delivery: If you require delivery to more than one location or would like to add a personalized note card, please contact us. Please note that we cannot ship alcohol outside of British Columbia.

Return Policy: Products ordered through Idea Express are a final sale.

Gift Basket Substitutions: We may substitute a similar item of equal or greater value when regular stock is unavailable.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. For “Idea Express” online shopping, each product specifies the minimum order requirements. For our customized Gift Services, the minimum order is $2,500 CAD.

What additional services do you offer?

Beyond developing customized gift programs, we offer value-add services such as: product branding, gift wrapping, custom gift cards, embroidery, warehousing, onsite displays and pro-sports memorabilia sourcing.

What are your COVID-19 policies?

Idea Incentives follows the current Provincial Health Officer’s guidance in our business operations.
